That's fine, but if you want to work hard for a goal weight, It does help to choose a date in the future to work towards, like a holiday, a vacation, a special event etc. setting this goal and "resolution" will ALWAYS make you work harder and stay committed to your goals.


Ok, so you want to make changes and you've started going to the gym, but you are now at a loss of what you need to or should do to get the results you want. This plan will help you understand what you should do on day 1, 2, 3-7, how you should alter your diet, and help you attain simple knowledge on form and technique so you:

1. don't injure yourself

2. don't feel like a fool doing exercises incorrectly

3. don't waste time doing inefficient exercises that won't work for your goals.

4. will give you a structured workout routine for yourself, your body, your goals, your life-style
